Avocado is one of the most fashionable products that I see being put on lately.
We have always had it present in our gastronomy but until a few years ago we
did not have it so incorporated day by day to our menus.
The Christmas holidays are approaching and I think one of the classic
Christmas appetizers is stuffed avocados, in this case, avocados stuffed with
tuna.
I have indicated that it is an aperitif, but some nights I make them and really
have a luxury dinner. Avocado is one of the healthiest ingredients that we can
now incorporate into our daily diet.
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
4 cans of tuna
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 hard-boiled egg
1 small spring onion
1 little chives
Salt
Pepper
PREPARATION
1.- The first thing we will do is cook the egg. About 8 minutes in water. We
remove and peel the egg.
2.- In a bowl we mix the egg, the tuna, the chives, the sauces and season. If we
see that a little mayonnaise is missing to make it creamy, we will add it.
3.-We completely empty the Avocado. There are people who leave a little
avocado but I like to empty it completely.
4.- Add the avocado to the filling and mix. We fill the avocados with the filling
and that's it.
